We’ll record a 1-hour session using Squadcast. We’ll spend the first 10 minutes chatting and agreeing on the focus of your leadership lesson. Published episodes are typically 30–45 minutes and ideally include both audio and video.

📣 Publishing & Promotion
The audio episode will be published on everywhere podcasts are found, including Apple Podcasts and Spotify. The video epsiode will be published on YouTube. I’ll also promote it on LinkedIn and in the Practice Leading newsletter (currently reaching ~500 Microsoft partner leaders).
